GSC is a student run organization that consists of two parts. One part is within the chemical engineering department and the other includes the entire school. The department side of GSC acts as an anonymous way for students to make their complaints/concerns heard. We also help with recruting new grad students and plan activities for grad students to enjoy. We are also in charge of the graduate student resume book and the grad student symposium. Both of these tasks are designed to help our grad students find good jobs when they graduate.

Being on the GSC also offers plenty of freedom to substitute other activities in place of those we've traditionally planned, should you have something new you'd like to try.
