Required Courses

CHEM322 - Physical Chemistry for Engineers or CHEM324 - Physical Chemistry II (for chemistry majors) (cr 3)
CHEM325 - Physical Chemistry Lab. I (cr 1)
CHEM326 - Physical Chemistry Lab. II (cr 1)

Acceptable Life Science Substitutions (up to 4 hours, Advisor’s approval REQUIRED)

BICH 410 - Comprehensive Biochemistry I (cr 3) + BICH 412 - Biochemistry Lab.(cr 1)
GENE 431/BICH 431- Molecular Genetics (cr 3)

Note: Both BICH410 and GENE 431 need instructor approval to register.

Acceptable Chemistry Substitutions (up to 5 hours)

Any Upper Level Chemistry lecture and laboratory (above 324). Lecture may substitute the labs.

Note: Combinations of credits from Chemistry and Life Sciences may be substituted for up to 5 hours of P.Chem, see your advisor.
